Ayurvedic Fall Reset: Nourish, Ground & Cleanse for the Vata Season

As the seasons shift and the air becomes cooler and drier, our bodies naturally crave grounding, nourishment, and reset. According to Ayurveda, Autumn is governed by the Vata dosha, which brings qualities of dryness, mobility, and instability. This is the ideal time to slow down, nourish the nervous system, and clear accumulated toxins (Ama) from the summer.

Join us for a seasonal Ayurveda workshop and gentle cleanse info session to realign your digestion, calm your mind, and prepare your body for the colder months ahead.

Taught by Grace O'Conner

Hi, I’m Grace O’Connor — Registered Dietitian, Ayurveda Health Coach, and 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I blend modern nutrition with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga to help you feel more connected to your body, mind, and spirit—because life’s too short to feel out of sync.

My work centers around digestive health — in all its dimensions — nervous system balance, working with your unique energy, and cultivating daily and seasonal rituals that help you feel grounded, resilient, and aligned. I believe every part of you matters deeply, and I’m here to guide you in honoring your whole self as you embark on your unique wellness journey.

After working with many people (and myself, spoiler alert: I’m a work in progress!), I’ve learned that the most meaningful transformations usually don’t come from doing more—the biggest magic comes from doing less, with consistency and intention.
