Summer is cresting, with small blessings of water, oases of breezes and the promise of rich harvests in the season ahead. Our lives are our gardens ... how have we tended them through this time of heat, renewal and change? What needs to move, in your body, mind, spirit?

Our hearts are our gateways, waterfalls of the healing flow of love that nourishes us within and without. Let's join together in that Flow next Saturday at the Harding Center in Coeur d'Alene – each of us has the power and potential to be a healing oasis for our beloved planet though our own hearts, soles and inner clarity. We hope to see you there! 💙

Doors open at 6:30 for warm up and stretching. At 7:00 dancers will gather in circle to welcome and set intention. The circle initiates the evening, creating a space where dancerscan dance in openness, safety, and freedom. Once the music begins dancers are encouraged to be moved by the music, their spirits, to freely express and experience their true selves and to dance fully, to create and celebrate.

You are welcome to bring friends, but no children please. The Harding Center is located at 411 N. 15th Street between Wallace and Indiana. From I-90, take the 15th Street exit south. The door is located in the Northeast parking lot (at the corner of Wallace and 15th).

We welcome donations to help offset costs of the facilities, insurance and equipment.  Our suggestion : $10 - $15  Thank You!
