An Intuitive Art & Inspiration Workshop

Dive into a day of creative exploration and intuitive development, designed for those that want to connect deeply with their inner artist through a beautiful process called Open Studio Concept and Sacral intuitive opening. No prior experience needed—just bring your love for art and an open mind.

Included: 6 hours of intentional guided exercises that allow creative channels to open. Experience a cacao ceremony, light body streth, guided meditation & breathwork, catered lunch, snacks and refreshments with instructions on Open Studio Concept, art time, concluded with reflective journaling.

Catered Lunch details: We will provide infused water, tea, snacks of nuts & fruit, and a beautiful catered meal of warm soup, beet burrata salad, sun dried chicken breast with goat cheese polenta and fresh local bread with honey butter.
