Are you seeking more peace in your life and your mind? Are you interested in enhancing or beginning a meditative practice? If so, this class might be just for you. With the business of our normal day to day lives, we tend to forget to make time for our peace. My intentions of this class are to help you rediscover your inner peace through teachings and techniques that can help you not only establish a consistent meditation practice but to also inform you of various meditation modalities to help you find which ones resonate with you the most.

This class will include a short discussion on how to create a consistent meditation practice, the benefits of meditation, and the importance of giving yourself grace and patience as you learn. I will then teach some different mind and body communication techniques to help prep yourself to relax and give your mind permission to let go prior to meditating. From there we will practice the meditation technique that is brought in for each class. These classes will be held regularly and will include different techniques at each class. We will then meditate together in group meditation which will enhance your meditation experience. You will then be able to go home and practice on your own, with the hopes that you will gain experience, motivation, and confidence. I will be there to assist with guidance and to answer any questions that arises at any time.

Please bring a journal, a pen, and any meditation gear you would like to use. I will have some extra pillows, blankets, and chairs for anyone that needs them.

This class happens to take place on the evening of the lunar eclipse and full moon in Virgo, enhancing our meditation experience 🙌

This class will be held every other week, beginning on Wednesday, March 12th from 6-7pm. This class will be held in person for the first class and eventually I may offer these virtually as well if I get enough interest. Class cost is $20 and can be paid upon arrival of class or via Venmo to @Jordangray. If you register and end up not being able to attend please remove yourself from the RSVP list asap.
