AWAKENED is a transformative breathwork experience that invites you to explore your internal landscape for healing, growth and self-discovery. In this group experience, we will co-create a sacred space that will allow you to build a deep relationship with your breath so that it becomes a catalyst for your personal awakening and overall well-being.

The potent combination of conscious rhythmic breathing, breath holds and intentionality crafted music will help guide you through the terrain of your inner space, helping you release old wounds, stressors, fears, and doubts. With every inhale and exhale, you will be drawn closer to your authentic self, awakening dormant potentials and inner pharmacy.

 
This special experience will be held in the healing energy of the 7B Energy Wellness center, which features a 24-unit Energy Enhancement System, adding to the healing power of the breath.
