Soul Sanctuary is a new virtual class, created to offer a nurturing and supportive space for you to connect with your Soul, remember your peace, and share space with others who are on the spiritual path.
With all of the heaviness going on in the world, I felt called to create this offering for anyone who is looking for some support, healing, connection and light.
These offerings will be held every Mondays in April from 6-7pm pst virtually via Zoom. This is a 4-week class series allowing for the creation of a solid group of soul to grow, awaken, and find harmony together.
April offering dates: 4/6, 4/13, 4/20 & 4/27. The total for all 4 Mondays is $55
Each offering will include:
- An opening grounding and centering meditation where you can let go of anything weighing on you and find your center
- A short energy update on the current energy of the world each week, so you can have more awareness of what's going on energetically to help you through the week
- A guided meditation and energy healing activation to help you awaken your inner light, find your peace, and connect with your Soul
*Each week will be a different meditation, helping you find more of yourself and your higher consciousness
- 15-20 minute community gathering time where you will get to connect with others in breakout rooms via Zoom to share in your experiences and make connections with other like-minded souls
- A closing prayer and intention setting exercise to bring you into alignment for the week ahead
- A free community chat group via Telegram to connect with event participants
This offering costs a total of $55 for the 4-week offering, meeting every Monday from 6-7pm. You are welcome to bring a journal if you'd like to take notes on the current energies as well as to remember the guidance you receive in your meditations.
