Are you seeking to learn more about your energy body and how to start working with healing energy? During this expansive weekend workshop, participants will learn powerful energy techniques and effective healing methods to help transform trauma, heal inner wounds, activate your natural healing abilities, and awaken your inner light. You will learn how to balance energy, align chakras, integrate darkness into wholeness, & raise your vibration in a safe and supportive environment. Everyone has the ability to heal and this class provides the framework and foundation to help you remember and activate your abilities to do so.

Day 1 includes:
- Learn all about your energy body and how it functions
- Activate your lightbody and energetic system
- Activate your hand chakras and learn how to start sourcing energy through your hands
- Learn how to protect your energy with the purest frequencies
- Learn how to locate and release stagnant energy in the body
- Learn how to properly ground
- Connect with Source and Earth at the purest levels in order to receive the highest frequencies of healing
- Receive the energy healer level 1 activation - waking your consciousness up to your spiritual power
- Participate in guided meditations to activate your higher self consciousness, remember your soul gifts, & meet your spirit guides.

Day 2 includes a deep dive into the chakras including how they function and how they store trauma. Learn techniques and energy practices to help you heal, balance, activate, and open your chakras. Participate in guided meditations to align your chakras and come back to a natural sense of balance and peace.

This class has been labeled life changing by many who have taken it. It is designed to help you remember and activate all that you are and all that you came here to be. When you start to activate your light body and awaken to the powers of your light, you find the strength and awareness to release old programs and operating systems that are running your consciousness. No experience needed. All are welcome :)

This class costs $222 and takes place March 21st and 22nd from 10:30-6:30pm. It includes a 1-hour lunch each day, which you can enjoy in the many restaurant selections in downtown Coeur d Alene or at Tubbs Hill if you decide to bring your own food - there is a refrigerator for food storage. This class requires a $50 deposit. The remaining balance of $172 will be due upon arrival of class. There will be a level 2 class following this class a few months out for those who are interested in learning how to heal others.

Please bring a journal, a pen, water, snacks, a meditation pillow, blanket, and anything else to provide you more comfort during our class. I have extra meditation pillows, blankets, and chairs if needed.
