Anger is the fire of change that builds up beneath us. Allowing us to break free from binding chains. Creating space to explore what really sets our soul alive. Without it, life would be a gray canvas.
During this class we will discuss anger; its common patterns of expression and how these appear in our day to day life, whether internal or external. Using these experiences as our guide, we will move through somatic exercises to expand the capacity at which we can experience anger. With a larger capacity comes a greater understanding and openness for processing. This class will provide you with tools to manage and access your inner fire, creating a balance within.

Class will include:
-A safe space for you to experience your emotions.
-Somatic exercises to enhance your capacity for experiencing emotions.
-Journaling, introspective time to process.
-Open communication with the teacher and peers.
-Anger summary/practice reference card to take with you.
Please bring with you to class:
-A journal and writing utensils
-Wear comfortable non-restricting clothing
-Any meditation gear to make your experience more comfortable; bolsters, pillows etc.
-Water, tea, snacks, etc.

Energetic exchange for the class is $33 and must be paid prior to class.

Location: Portal of light located downtown CDA. It is located at 408 Sherman Ave, Suite 211 in the Dingle Building, between CDA fine Jewelers and Avalon Real Estate.
