You are invited to this beautiful space to deeply unwind, recalibrate, rest, relax, restore and remember the natural balance and equilibrium of body, mind and soul. Give yourself a nourishing sonic tune-up. May the 432 hz harp, crystal bowls, shamanic drum and ethereal vocals support your earthly journey and receive you exactly where you are at this time. The intention of this event is to bring us back from the demanding and distracting outer world, fully landing within ourselves and re-connecting with all of who we are and letting go of all we are not.

Bring your water, mat, pillow, blanket or anything you desire to feel comfortable. Chairs, some mats and blankets available at the venue.

Please arrive by 6:15-6:20 pm to have time to set up your cozy spot and pour yourself some hot herbal tea so we can start at 6:30pm. Looking forward to journeying with you.
