I'm excited to announce the launching of our new kid's classes, Little Lights. These classes are currently designed for ages 7-13 however we will be expanding as we grow to include all ages. Little Lights is an opportunity for children in our community to explore their spiritual side and get in touch with their souls. We will be learning and practicing meditation, energy work, visualization techniques, and various self-regulation tools. We will also host playful classes including jewelry making, creating vision boards, and more. Over time as we develop we will add more avenues for these souls to be able to explore the spiritual realms through yoga, energy healing, and other modalities. Imagine your children learning these tools from such a young age. Our goal is to teach these incredibly helpful tools to these youngsters that they can carry with them through their development, helping them remember their peace and purpose as they grow.

For our first class, we are hosting a meditation and crystal class. Students will receive a crystal and learn all about how to work with the crystal, how it can help them relax and ground, and how to care for their crystals. We will also start to learn about meditation and practice some different breathing techniques. Everything will be described in a way that children can connect to. No experience is needed.

Jordan Gray and Erika Crempa will be cohosting this class. Jordan Gray is a quantum healer who recently opened Portal of Light Healing Center in downtown CDA. She has been working with children in a professional setting since age 16 when she became a swim teacher. She taught swimming to kids for 10 years while also teaching preschool and studying psychology at California State University, Los Angeles. She also started her reiki training at age 21 and has been a professional healer for over 10 years. Erika Crempa has recently received her certificate as a certified Source Light Energy Healer and is focusing on healing children.
