This holistic healing event blends the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki with the transformative power of sound therapy, creating a perfect sanctuary for relaxation and inner peace.

Event Highlights:
- Guided Welcoming Intentions: We will begin with a calming introduction and guided meditation, where you will set personal intentions for the session, aligning your mind and spirit for the healing journey ahead.
- Reiki Healing: Tara will be channeling soothing energy through gentle touch or by hovering hands above your body, helping to balance your energy flow and promote deep relaxation.
- Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the harmonious sounds of crystal singing bowls, drum, chimes, and other resonant instruments. These vibrations work to release stress, clear emotional blockages, and enhance your overall sense of well-being.
- Guided Closing Meditation: Accompanying the sound bath, we will close with a guided meditation that will help you achieve a deeper state of mindfulness and tranquility.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat or blanket

• Pillow

• Eye Mask or Eye Pillow (optional - helps enhance the experience)

• A water bottle
