Hello lovely friends, vendors & creative village!

Thank you ALL for bringing so much fun, love, and LIGHT to the monthly summer NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair! We have so much FUN with all of YOU! WELCOME to the SEASON FINALE! 

The payment-portal for FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10th is NOW OPEN to ALL new/old/accepted vendors! Spots are always filled on a "first-to-pay basis," so please make sure to pay ASAP to secure your booth-space for vending the upcoming NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair!

THEME RELEASE: Masquerade Soirée NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair!!

Use this link to pay: ONLY for OCTOBER 10th 2025 - NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair booth rental. DO NOT pay for other event-dates through this link as we will be sending a different payment link per event. 

  • 10'x10' In-Line Merch VENDING SPACES are $150.00 per event.

  • 10'x10' Corner Merch VENDING SPACES are $175.00 per event (to ensure those that want corners get them).

  • 10'x10' Food/Beverage VENDING SPACES are $200.00 per event (as we will now be handling all trash/recycling & sorting/removal).

    • IF you NEED/WANT more room, you MUST purchase multiple booth spaces. The event is growing & we need to get serious about this!

    • You are welcome to SHARE your booth-space with a vendor-buddy at the same flat-rate price above. You must make arrangements for booth-sharing on your own.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • YOU MUST PARTICIPATE in social-media/marketing efforts! All of our followers combined leads to generating the BEST turnout possible! Do yourself, your fellow vendors & us a favor by taking this VERY SERIOUSLY! (see & follow marketing instructions in section below)!

  • Bring your own sturdy 10'x10' canopy-tent.

  • 4 tent weights 25 POUNDS EACH (required by city-law).

  • Ropes to tie weights securely onto your tent.

  • ALL furniture/fixtures necessary for vending. 

  • Battery/solar LIGHT SYSTEMS (after all, it IS a "NIGHT MARKET")!

FOOD & BEV PERMITS/INSURANCE:

  • Food & beverage vendors MUST have proper Spokane City & Health Department licenses required for mobile vending.

  • Food & beverage vendors are required to have insurance, ADD the event/entities as "additionally insured," & provide us certificates.

2025 SUSTAINABILITY POLICY/RULES:

  • We are working closely with Spokane Zero Waste to make the monthly NIGHT MARKET more sustainable!

  • Please use eco-friendly packaging (compostable, biodegradable & recyclable materials)!

  • No Styrofoam containers (2024 LAW passed by State of WA).

  • No sales of plastic bottles (water, soda, juice, etc.).

  • No plastic utensils, straws or skewers.

  • No sauce "packets." (Pump-stations are best).

Events happen rain or SHINE—the show MUST go on! There will be no refunds given for any reason, as we always book-to-capacity and have a wait-list of vendors for every event.

Thanks so much for joining in on something totally HUGE for our community! You’re ALL so valued and appreciated! We're looking forward to many more future events (the 2nd Friday of each month from May through October every summer) & shared-success by ALL. There’s really no limit to where these events can expand—We’re foreseeing such an extra-special future!

HUGELY IMPORTANT!! Get to MARKETING THE EVENT!!


Facebook Marketing:

  1. Masquerade Facebook event LINK!

  2. Select "Going" from your personal profile.

  3. Click "Invite" and invite ALL local/nearby friends, family, and acquaintances. Facebook gives you an easy option of clicking into GROUPS or previous EVENTS (on the left-hand-side of the window) so you can easily "select ALL" friends that have attended these. You can invite up to 500 people PER invite-session - the MORE the merrier (& better sales/success for ALL).

  4. Access the event from your BUSINESS PAGE, click the "..." menu, then "Add to Page" - select your business(es) ran by you.

  5. Click "Invite" from your business page to invite all your business followers.

  6. SHARE, SHARE, SHARE the event-link to your PERSONAL & BUSINESS profiles! We recommend sharing 1-3x per week leading up to the show (on your profile & in your stories) for maximum reach/viewing.

  7. When you see ANYONE posting the event OR poster, "Like" AND COMMENT on the posts. Reactions, (especially COMMENTS), help BOOST engagement and encourage the algorithm to put it in front of MANY MORE EYES! #marketinghacks101

Instagram Marketing:

  1. Please use ATTACHED event-poster for promoting on your business & personal Instagram pages.

  2. Feel free to COPY & edit any text from THE WAVY BUNCH/NIGHT MARKET posts to help you build & structure your posts.

  3. Tag as many local friends, family, businesses & vendors possible in your post (Instagram allows for up to 20 account-tags - the MORE the better).

  4. Feel free to copy and use the HASHTAGS from THE WAVY BUNCH/NIGHT MARKET posts. (Instagram allows for up to 30 hashtags - the MORE event-related and/or vendor-related hashtags the better). 

  5. SHARE, SHARE, SHARE your post, or THE WAVY BUNCH/NIGHT MARKET post to your PERSONAL & BUSINESS profile STORIES! We recommend sharing 1-3x per week leading up to the event for maximum reach/viewing.
