Join Rashell as she takes you on an hour-long guided journey with her frame drum to where the conscious mind meets the unconscious mind and a deep remembering of a collective dream greater than what you have been told exists.  

With her frame drum, Rashell will perform rhythmic drumming to help you enter an altered state of consciousness. These rhythmic patterns will increase your theta frequencies, helping your brain drop into the in-between space while heightening your consciousness and tapping into your dream state.  Once in your dream state, you will be guided to your unconscious, where you will be able to dream a different reality into being.
