Shepherding Stillness: A Mindful Afternoon at Your Friends Farm with Farmer Jess + Hannah Talbot
Come home to the rhythm of the earth. Join us for a heart-centered afternoon at Your Friends Farm, where nature leads the way and connection runs deep.
In this unique experience, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deep, and attune to the frequency of the land. Surrounded by fields, tiny flowers, and flocks of friendly sheep and baby lambs, we’ll explore what it means to live in harmony with the natural world—and the ecosystem you call home.
Together, we’ll:
Spend time in the field with the sheep and baby lambs—gentle, curious beings who move in harmony with one another. You’ll be invited to observe their natural rhythms, let them come close, and even snuggle into their soft, sweet presence
Listen to talks by Farmer Jess, a land steward and theologian, and Hannah Talbot, somatic educator and founder of Anam Cara Healing Center
Reflect on seasonal rhythms, ecological wisdom, the stories the land is telling—and how these connect to the deeper currents of energy within your own body
Practice meditation, mindful journaling, and group reflection while attuning to the resonance of the land
Share a circle of community connection under the open sky
Have a chance to meet the other beloved animals on the farm and witness the beauty of life already blooming this season
This is a call back to simplicity, reverence, and relationship—with the land, the animals, and each other.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more attuned to the pulse of nature, the season ahead and the wisdom already within you.
