In this 2-hour hands-on workshop, clinical herbalist and Iyanifa Ifabamise Moriamo, guides you through the living history, clinical science, and spiritual practice of ritual bathing. You will learn which herbs to use and why — not just by tradition, but by documented clinical action. You will understand how water itself functions as a healing medium. And you will blend two bath soaks with your own hands: a Spiritual Cleansing Bath and a Healing Bath, each formulated to address a specific need in your life right now. You will leave with both blends, a ritual card guiding your practice at home, and a relationship with your bathtub you have never had before.
