How To Prepare
Wear comfortable clothing.
Stay hydrated throughout the day, as sound travels better through a hydrated body.
Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own and/or anything else that makes you feel comfortable. An eye mask can also enhance relaxation.
Arrive 15-20 minutes early to explore the Atrium, settle in, and set your intention for the session.
Feel free to bring any talisman or anchoring pieces that resonate with you.
Avoid heavy meals or caffeine and alcohol to prevent feeling bloated, sleepy, or distracted. A light snack about an hour before is ideal.
