This is the course you've been waiting for, the one designed to transform your self-healing journey into a natural and essential part of your everyday life.
Our bodies are constantly communicating with us, sending signals about what they need. We know that our bodies store memories, stress, and trauma, and that these experiences can manifest in ways that leave us feeling unsettled or out of balance. This course is for those who are ready to deepen their connection to their own energetic and emotional well-being, practicing self-healing techniques that seamlessly integrate into daily living.
Through this transformative experience, you’ll gain foundational knowledge of your own energy and learn to better understand and support others, enhancing your relationships and professional work, regardless of your field. We will use the Chakra System as our framework, drawing from ancient Vedic Indian wisdom, to explore the energetic body through both theory and practice. The course integrates elements of Western psychology, somatic practices, Earth-based rituals, and science to offer a holistic approach to healing.
Now in its fifth iteration, this course continues to evolve with new material inspired by past cohorts. Each module is thoughtfully crafted to build on the previous one, giving you the time and space to truly integrate and embody the teachings.
This course is designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule, with the flexibility to join in person or participate through live and recorded virtual classes. You'll also have access to resources and support through email and our exclusive community app. If you can’t make a class live, you will be able to watch the recording.
This course can be completed entirely virtually! We've had students join us from all over the country, and we ensure the experience is interactive and engaging. Virtual participants are seamlessly integrated into our in-person classes, creating incredible connections that span across the globe!
This is an 10 month journey. And roughly 88 hours of total course work.
You will have 18 Learning Modules plus 4 extra Practice + Integration Modules.
Homework is roughly 2-3 hours per month.

What is Required and What is Not:
A strong desire to study and dive deeper into energy and the somatic practices we can use to restore and balance our mind, body, heart and spirit.
You do not have to have prior experience in energy or therapeutic practitioner work.
You do not have to possess the desire to share this work with others. This work is first and foremost for you, however, you may choose to integrate it into your life or your work in many different ways.
If you are a practitioner who shares their work with others, this course is foundational to understanding Somatic Healing and will benefit your practice and clients greatly.
A commitment to the 10 months, please only sign up if you feel like you can truly commit to taking yourself through this journey. If for some reason you are unable to complete the course, it will be offered the following year and you can join again.
A willingness to share your voice and your insights is so important to the energy of this course. We need your unique voice and wisdom that no one else holds.
You must complete all course modules, practice time, and homework assignments in order to receive your signed certification.
