This is a new and improved 3 week program for Level 1 Source Light Healing: How To Heal Yourself. This format will allow students more time to learn, integrate, and practice the material whilst being able to connect with myself and students during the 3 weeks of training. This is a very transformative class, designed to help participants learn how to take their emotional, spiritual, and mental healing to the next level.

Class 1 will be IN PERSON Saturday, January 4th from 11:00am-6:00pm
Class 2 will be VIRTUAL Wednesday, January 8th from 6-8pm
Class 3 will be VIRTUAL Wednesday, January 15th from 6-8pm
Class 4 will be IN PERSON Saturday, January 22nd from 11:00am-6:00pm
Class 5 will be VIRTUAL Wednesday, January 22nd from 6-8pm

Classes 1 and 4 will take place at my healing center in downtown Coeur D Alene, Portal of Light. Class 2, 3, and 5 will be held virtually. The in person classes will be in-depth study and training, while the virtual classes will be supportive and practice. If unable to make any of the virtual classes, they will be recorded and emailed which you can review at your own pace.

Portal of Light is located at 408 Sherman Ave, between 4th and 5th street. It is located at Suite 211 on the 2nd floor of The Dingle Building.

Class Information:

Learn how to begin to heal yourself by accessing healing energy from the purest frequencies of Source consciousness, love, and wholeness in order to heal and transmute trauma, wounds, and lower vibrational energies that are taking up space within your body, mind, and soul. Source frequency is also known as life force energy, chi, or God frequency. This technique teaches you how to utilize your entire energy field in order perform very powerful and grounded healing. It is an advanced reiki technique that teaches you powerful and life changing tools to help you heal, protect your energy, experience inner peace, and transform your life. Students of this modality have labeled this class as life changing and have found their lives changed significantly for the better since working with this modality. You will learn high frequency tools to assist in clearing trauma, aligning chakras, integrating darkness into wholeness, balancing energy, & raising your vibration. This is a 3 level course designed to teach you everything you need to learn to become a well rounded healer however it is not necessary for you to take every level and level 1 in itself can be extremely helpful for anyone who is looking for tools and techniques to help themselves heal and find inner peace.

The total cost for this class is $269 and requires a $69 deposit in which will be collected through PayPal when registering on meetup. You can pay the remaining balance of $200 on the first day of class or you can split it up into 2 payments. You can pay via Venmo, PayPal, or Credit Card. This level 1 class will be split into 5 classes where you will:

- Learn how to ground properly and more effectively into Earth and Source, enabling you to not only protect your personal energy field, but to be able to pull in the purest divine energy for healing and transformation
- Learn about your energy body and how to access your entire energy field
- Activate your hand chakras and learn how to pull and gather source
light energy through your hands in order to send and receive healing
- Learn how to locate and release stuck energy within your body and
replace with healing, peace, and wholeness
- Learn how to clear pain and trauma when they surface so that you
could move through darkness and heaviness quicker and more
effectively, allowing for greater inner peace and flow
- Discuss various information regarding working with light in order to
understand how it works and how it can help you become more of your
authentic self
- Receive Level 1 Source Light Healer Activation
- Participate in a guided meditation to activate and integrate your healer
DNA
- Participate in a guided meditation to connect into higher self in order
to pull source light energy in
- Learn all about your chakras; exploration and deep understanding of
what they are, how they function, why they become imbalanced, and
how your history of trauma can affect them and cause imbalances
- Explore the chakras in depth, locating hidden traumas that are waiting
to be released and transformed. We will discuss how to start working
on healing these traumas and the various methods that can be used
- Learn how to heal, clear, balance, and activate each chakra
- Practice techniques to help balance the chakras
- Receive a guided meditation to clear your chakras
- Receive instructions on where to go from here and how to incorporate
your light work and chakra healing into your everyday life

*On chakra day in class 4, it will be set up as a chakra workshop where you explore each of the 7 basic chakras individually. This chakra exploration will show you valuable information about yourself that you may not have been aware of. You may uncover hidden traumas or blockages within the chakras in order to release for healing. You will also learn how to effectively balance and activate your chakras so that you can be in an optimum state of balance.

Please bring a journal, a pen, and any meditation gear you would like such as a pillow and blanket, you are welcome to bring food to store in the fridge at the in-person classes. There is a microwave as well. You will have 45 minute breaks each in-person class to eat lunch, you are welcome to order food nearby or bring food and water/drinks.

This class can have up to 8 participants. There will be a level 2 class following this level 1 class for anyone who is interested in learning how to heal others. Level 2 will include information and practice on how to heal others as well as new high frequency techniques and tools that can be utilized in energy healing, including how to safely and effectively protect your energy while working with others.
