Lynne is a renown healer and author who conducts sound baths using her Himalayan Singing Bowls and plays here in Coeur d’Alene as well as around the country.

So, what exactly is a sound bath? It’s a meditative experience where you listen to sounds produced by instruments like singing bowls and gongs. The rhythmic sounds create a relaxing environment that helps calm the mind and body allowing you to unwind and recharge. Lynne uses her instruments to promote relaxation and release emotional blockages for a truly unique and amazing experience.

Sound baths are a wonderful and soothing way to:
• Promote a deep sense of relaxation
• Reduce stress and relieve anxiety
• Improve overall well-being
• Connect with earth energies
• Release emotions
• Remove energetic blockages
• Improve sleep quality
• Increase mental clarity
• Enhance creativity

Lynne has such a gift for playing the bowls. Leaving one of her sound baths, it feels like you had a 90-minute massage, plus an hour of energy work! She is amazing! She plays from somewhere deep in her soul, and that pure loving intention cradles you in safety, and wraps you in the frequency of healing. It’s an experience like no other.

Lynne’s sound bath sessions are always such a delight! Being new to sounds baths I wasn’t too sure what to expect. Lynne is such a peaceful guide and welcomes everyone with open arms. The relaxing environment she creates never fails to provide a space for one to slip away into their mind and find a place of peace and tranquillity. I always leave feeling grounded and at ease, just what the soul needs. Whether you’re experienced with sound baths or just getting started on your soul journey, Lynne’s sessions are a truly harmonious place to get in touch with your inner self.

What the Wind Blew In

Seth was on his first watch waiting to see if the wind would blow anything in that night. As luck would have it, the wind did blow something in and his life changed forever. Now, he will be sent on a quest with his best friend Sen, a beautiful elf Miranda, a dragon Metulusa, and a dog named Kali. The questers will slowly transform into light beings as their quest continues. The five of them will soon find themselves on an adventure of a lifetime.

“The characters were immediately memorable. The characters are sweet, the adults wise, and the dragons awesome. The story is non-threatening and very safe for kids. Beyond that, it is a sweet story that kids will love, and you will too!” — MIKE
