• Reiki Healing: Experience the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki in small group sessions led by expert practitioners.

• Intentional Spaces: Reflect and recharge in the serene space, with refreshments and creative activities to deepen your experience.

Wear comfy clothing and bring a journal. Tea and light snacks will be provided. Chairs, blankets, and bolsters are available to use from the studio, but please feel free to bring anything you want or need to create your own little “nest.”
