Book: Hands of Light
Out of books to read? Give"Hands of Light: A Guide to Healing Through the Human Energy Field" a try. A seminal work by Barbara Ann Brennan, a former NASA physicist turned healer. The book delves into the human energy field, or aura, presenting it as a vital component influencing our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Brennan introduces a model comprising seven distinct layers of the aura, each corresponding to different aspects of human experience. She discusses how imbalances or blockages within these energy layers can manifest as physical ailments or psychological issues. Drawing from her extensive experience with over 5,000 clients and students, Brennan offers practical guidance on perceiving and interpreting the aura, along with techniques for self-healing and assisting others. The book also includes case studies that illustrate the transformative potential of energy healing, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in achieving holistic health.
